This position reports to Manager, Servicing Finance. Servicing Finance works closely with the Chief Servicing Officer (CSO), the Servicing Segment senior leadership team, and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ocwen. The team gets great exposure to the senior leadership of Ocwen across functions as part of the work they do and provides opportunity for quicker growth.

Responsibilities will include :

- Coordinate month end close processes within the Servicing business and provide analytics explaining variances to plan and prior periods.

- Coordinate with the Servicing Accounting team to ensure that close entries are complete and accurate.

- Provide functional cost analysis and understanding to identify cost saving opportunities across the servicing segment and coordinate with the various stakeholders to ensure that those savings materialize.

- Provide support and analytics for strategic decisions including ROI and post-mortem reporting.

- Support the CFO in various ad-hoc analysis, reports, and one time assignments on various plans, projections of the company.

- Support key internal and external strategic projects such as acquisitions, financing & other transactions, new business initiatives, cost analysis. Support the CFO and/or CSO in various ad-hoc analysis, reports, and one time assignments on various plans, projections of the company.

Qualifications :

- MBA (Specialization in Finance) from a top B-School (IIM). A bachelor's degree from IIT is desirable. Candidates with about one year high quality finance experience post MBA are preferred.

- Sound understanding of Corporate Finance, accounting and financial modeling.

- Strong analytical and modeling skills.

- Understanding of US financial service industry/ Mortgage industry is preferable.

- Office applications: Fluency with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

- Ability to work across businesses, geographies and hierarchies to drive corporate initiatives and meet timelines.
