Job Description:

- This position reports to Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy. Corporate strategy department works closely with both Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis and the Chief Financial Officer of Ocwen.

- The team gets great exposure to the senior leadership of Ocwen across functions as part of the work they do and provides opportunity for quicker growth.

Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:

- This is primarily a FP&A role and the primary work involves financial analysis and modeling, including work on strategic plans and initiatives.

- Creating budgets and working on monthly variance reporting.

- Support the CFO in various ad-hoc analysis, reports, and one time assignments on various plans, projections of the company.

- Support key internal and external strategic projects such as acquisitions, financing & other transactions, new business initiatives, cost analysis.

Qualifications:

- MBA (Specialization in Finance) from a top B-School (IIM). A bachelor's degree from IIT is desirable. Candidates with about one year high quality finance experience post MBA are preferred.

- Sound understanding of Corporate Finance and financial modeling

- Strong analytical and modeling skills.

- Understanding of US financial service industry/ Mortgage industry is preferable.

- Office applications: Fluency with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

- Ability to work across businesses, geographies and hierarchies to drive corporate initiatives and meet timelines

Other Details:

- Shift - Mid -12pm to 9pm

- Transport provided to and fro

- Work Location: Eco Space, Sarjarpur Road
