Human Resource Operations is responsible for the daily administration of plans and systems related to employee compensation & performance, development and administration of corporate policies, procedures and management directives. This position will report to the Director, Human Resources.

Responsibilities and Key result areas:

- The incumbent will be responsible for leading HR Delivery for Pune and for leading the team of HR Reps in Pune

The key goals of the incumbent would be:

- Formulate and Drive retention programs

- Performance management and improvement programs

- HR Advisor to leaders and accountable for employee relations

- Accountable for leading annual compensation cycle, promotions cycle, employee engagement programs, development initiatives, rewards & recognition frameworks and career management & development programs

- Drive strategic projects individually and through the team

- Responsible for Performance Appraisal cycle and Liaison with Legal and Audit team for all issues in India.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Full time MBA (HR) from Premier B School

- 4-7 years of HR generalist experience with a strong people management background

- Good at Project Management, Risk Management and Facilitation skills

- Comfortable with working in rotating shifts (mid/evening shifts) (4pm to 1am)
