Key Highlights :

- Opportunity to work with direct visibility to CFO and CEO on key strategic projects

- Complete end-to-end ownership of projects including planning, execution and implementation.

- End to end exposure in financial planning operations - Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting and Modeling.

- Exposure to work on strategic growth initiatives (Lending and Auto Capital)

- Candidates from Tier 1 MBA universities will be preferred.

- Proficiency in the use of Oracle reporting tools such as - Fusion or Hyperion Essbase preferred

Responsibilities :

- Overlook the expense management for key departments, including direct interaction with key business heads.

- Create budgets and work on monthly variance reporting.

- Evaluates and investigates company key financial results and business operational drivers Prepares, updates and maintains monthly business reports, management reports, daily flash reports

- Support key strategic projects such as cost improvement initiatives, restructuring opportunities, etc.

- Candidate expected to manage a small team.

Qualification and Experience :

- MBA from tier 1 Universities (IIMs, ISB Hyderabad and XLRI would be preferred)

- Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications with an emphasis on MS Excel and MS Access and working knowledge of SQL.

- 2-5 years of Work Experience post MBA

- 1-3 years of People Management Experience (not mandatory)

- Financial Services experience required, preferably in Accounting or Operating Expense Management

- Finance domain mandate

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in the use of Oracle reporting tools such as: Fusion or Hyperion Essbase preferred

- Excellent problem solving, logical and data presentation skills.

- Strong Communication skills with excellent track of working in and with teams.
