The position offers advancement opportunities and a competitive salary.-   This position reports to the Senior Manager, Human Resources and will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of courses by internal staff or contract trainers. The ideal candidate will have experience in training business processes, systems, best practices, client service. Must use sound instructional design principles to structure learning modules, compile core content from subject matter experts, produce final copy of content and ensure everyone's review and approval of the module. Evaluate, select and use a variety of techniques for determining instructional content and strategies.  Responsibilities:  - Demonstrated ability to direct staff, to develop cross-functional training teams, and to interact with all departments  - Must have excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills  - Ability to serve as an internal training consultant  - Must be able to create interactive training using adult learning principles, develop courses including writing learning objectives, assignments, assessments, study guides, online instructions, instructor guides, syllabi, and training presentations that conform to prescribed style and format  - Ability to effectively present information to top management and staff  - Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs assessments  - Project Management skills  - In depth knowledge of instructional design  - Prior experience developing comprehensive training plans supporting key business initiatives  - Track and control - 90 day attrition  - Utilize decision and reporting tools to minimize variability, improve quality and maximize yield from training  - Develop a comprehensive knowledge base  Key Result Areas:  - Standardize New Hire Training  - Enhance the design of Training Bay  - Implement Leadership & Management curriculum  Qualifications:  - Graduate (MBA's preferred)  - 5 years of Domain experience with at least 2 years as a Training Manager  - Knowledge on the U.S. Loan Servicing Industry  - The ideal candidate will have superior writing skills, including the ability to write concise, creative, and effective instruction for Loan Servicing related training.   Shift: 5PM-2AM (Mon-Fri)
