Job Description :
- The Manager is responsible for driving business transformation through cross functional business initiatives, providing direction to Senior Leadership in identifying opportunities and developing business case hypotheses and supporting the Director of the Change Management Office (CMO) and SVP of Enterprise Risk in tracking metrics to realization of direct and material financial benefits (EBITDA).
The General Responsibilities include :
- Partner with business leadership and key stakeholders to execute and refine project plans for change initiatives. Engage key resources, quantify risks and opportunities, and review execution of plans to ensure successful implementation
- Drive the execution of change initiatives, while identifying risks and proactively working with business owners to diagnose and re-mediate execution gaps and resolve identified risks; maintain flexibility and a balance of supporting vs. challenging the business to achieve financial targets
- Maintain project transparency with a focus on initiative milestones, metrics, and financials with escalation of risks to CMO, Executive Sponsor or Executive Committee as necessary
- Ensure timely and proper data is provided to key stakeholders with emphasis on risks and successes
- Develop an approach to quantify benefits, including modeling and pilots for test-and-learn analysis. Define and implement visual business reporting solutions to track metrics and value (financial) realization, leveraging and identifying opportunities for automated tracking solutions
- Partner with key stakeholders during business transformation initiatives to identify adoption risks and proactively work with business owners to re-mediate such gaps and resolve risks to integration and adoption; maintain flexibility and a balance of supporting vs. challenging the business to achieve total adoption and integration
- Work with key stakeholders to perform Post Implementation Reviews to quantify project performance

- Feedback from impacted team members
- Implement Corrective Action Plan
- Communicate timely and concise updates to executive leadership, including executive committee and BOD reviews
- Responsible for escalating to the CMO additional communications and training needs and opportunities

Minimum Qualifications :
- This position is highly visible in the organization and candidate must be able to effectively interact with and influence decision makers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Managerial Economics, MBA preferred
- Six Sigma or PMP certified preferred.
- 5+ years of meaningful experience in finance, strategy, or operations roles; including leadership responsibilities
- 5+ years of management experience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including ability to challenge the status quo and lead change through ambiguity, while maintaining partnerships and creditability at all levels in a cross functional and global environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; able to express complex ideas in simple terms to all levels of management
- Creative problem solving skills; ability to identify an opportunity; break a complex business process into sub-components; identify root causes and drivers; and propose alternative solutions with pros and cons
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Capable of collecting, assimilating and validating relevant business/operating data to form conclusions and recommendations
- Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
