Job Description:
Responsibilities & Key Result Areas :
- Assist Deal Managers in valuation of new deals for purchasing Mortgage Servicing Rights for Residential Mortgage Portfolios in US
- Develop and maintain stratified reports on collateral performance
- Review and analyze deal documents to pull out relevant details for pricing the deals
- Update and maintain financial models used for the pricing of Mortgage Servicing Rights
Required qualifications/required skills and abilities:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in an analytical field such as Engineering, Finance or Information Technology. Prefer candidates from top Engineering colleges like IIT, NIT, BITS, Indian School of Dhanbad etc
- Minimum 1 year experience. Financial industry's experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications with an emphasis on MS Excel and MS Access.
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.
- Self starter and ability to work under minimum supervision.
