Role & Growth: As we are growing rapidly, the HR Generalist will be the cornerstone in shaping the our workforce and will be entrusted with recruiting the top-tier talent essential to fueling our team expansion and driving our vision forward. We have been selected by GEP UK and will be starting out our office in the coming year and hence require someone who is flexible with travel.
Currently, we are operating on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram and the in the next 18 months we plan to launch the services in Mumbai & other micro markets. Hence, we are looking for a passionate individual who is ready to navigate through the early challenges of setting up a team and who can confidently take care of the entire gamet of the Human Capital from the very first day.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
2. Headcount Expansion: Drive the expansion of the company's headcount through effective identification of staffing needs and management of the end-to-end recruitment process.
3. HR Infrastructure Development: Build and implement HR policies, design templates and processes and best practices to establish a strong foundation for the HR function
4. Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
5. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and unstructured environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to challenges and should be able to upskill quickly
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, talent acquisition and HR operations.
3. Willingness to grow in the real-estate space and prior industry experience is prioritized
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Hunger for learning and a proactive, self-starter mentality
