Position - Head of Sales (Channel)
About the Business:
India is in the middle of one of the biggest Real estate growth cycles. Today, the Price Velocity & Absorption rate of residential assets are at an all time high. Interestingly, the demographics and income growth are propelling the Demand<>Supply mismatch by up to 30% in new locations, which opens a small time window for dreamers like us to aim to replace the industry veterans and make new legacies. Never before in last 120 years, the real estate produced billion dollar entities in a short span of time & we aspire to reach that mark by 2025.
Bhaarat Wealth Group (Extension of Oculture) is born to create supernormal returns for the investors by acquiring land assets for our investors in areas that are unknown to the masses. We are the pioneers in the country to conceptualize a scientific way of investing in land parcels that allow our investors to get minimum ~2.5X Return within 18 months. We do this by establishing demand-supply intelligence through tender movements, master plan insights and live sale purchase transactions. This also allows us to keep the competition away and operate with 100% exclusivity on whatever we sell.
We started building investment portfolios in Ayodhya and are now going to launch land offerings in other parts of the country starting with Sohna, Goa, Dholera, Spiritual corridors etc. The plan is to create 18 city portfolios in next 24 months with a target of ~8000 crores as AUM. India currently is positioned for huge surge in land transactions and the mission of BWG is to clear monopolies in creating investment portfolios offering our early joiners a once in a life chance to accelerate their career and creating wealth creating options with us.
Requirement:
We are looking for someone who will anchor the channel development part starting with Sohna. This is a key position where the candidate will directly work with the founding team on making channel strategies and driving channel performance. The candidate will also work in activating new markets which fall into the brand thesis of BWG.
Key work responsibilities are :
- Spearheading the channel networking and development for the brand
- Organizing events, monitoring performance and designing incentive structure
- Creating team of hundreds of channel executives and mobilising them in different parts of the country
- Head the strategy for overall channel sales and other cross selling products
- Work on New generation digital connect products to pave a new way of portfolio tracking for investors.
Eligibility criteria:
- Proven experience of establishing channel partner network in Sohna, Gurgaon, Delhi
- Minimum 5-7 year experience of leading channel sales for a developer firm.
- Proven experience of creating high performance teams and driving growth initiatives
- A fearless and bold approach with a zeal to be a part of the founding team.
What we are offering:
CTC - Fixed - 30-60 Lakhs
