1. Responsible for CRM programs including Emails, SMS & various web engagements
2. Design & implement CRM Strategy - Design customer retention roadmap, key metrics and overall retention strategy for App & Website
3. Manage integration of marketing automation tools and all communication channels
4. End to end ownership of campaign
Candidate profile
- MBA from reputed business school
- Proven experience in web engagements & CRMs for marketing.
- Interest in Gaming a plus
