Occupational Health Manager/Lead - Corporate - MBBS

MBBS - Mandatory

- Contribute towards updating technical and management standards, guidance notes and draft processes.

- Monitor and support the development of fitness to work & occupational health monitoring at unit levels.

- Provide technical inputs for development and implementation of business level / unit level roadmap to minimize the gap identified by assurance programme / self-assessment.

- Ensure development & completion of self-assessment questionnaires (different checklist at different stages of development) for occupational health systems aiming gap assessment are as per technical requirements.

- Visit personally to units and engage with stakeholders on different aspects as required.

- Periodically engage with Health teams in different areas of importance like obligations, quality enhancement etc.

- Create and implement training need identification for Doctors and Nursing staff through defined curriculum based on contemporary requirements.

- Handhold businesses / sites for establishing new processes / activities in different areas of Health management through pilot projects and once successful, adopting same at other sites
