Position: Manager Occupancy (Moves & Changes)
Job Purpose:
- Be responsible for ensuring that the client is made aware of any non-compliance relating to building code and occupancy standards across India Portfolio.
- Carry out analysis of data provided by sensor technology / Security Teams and make recommendations
- Manage the - Webcore- system, and demand desk data
- Responsible for all the India Occupancy Management within the MAC service delivery stream
- Support Workplace Design Principles (WDP) and the Strategic Portfolio Planning initiatives
- Report into Regional Occupancy Compliance Manager to ensure Regional alignment in reporting
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience in advising on building code and occupancy restrictions
- Experience in Space Planning and using AutoCAD
- Excellent IT skills required with key knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft Project etc
KEY RESULT AREAS
Operational:
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders to ensure all client expectations are met
- Carry out studies to determine the feasibility of the client's requirements in relation to building code and occupancy standards
- Carry out analysis of current occupancy and demand using sensor technology and information provided by Security Teams
- Liaise with space planning team to ensure all existing and proposed drawings are issued for client approval prior to works being carried out and the correct processes are followed
- Responsible for the Occupancy data held in WebCore, ensure the data is maintained and updated through more updates, feedback from client validation and regular management of unallocated staff for sites within your area of responsibility with support from the MAC administrator. The regular site walks to ensure the system is up to date.
- Produce PowerPoint presentations on strategic solutions / reporting to senior Clients
- Competent in the production of office layouts schemes in the management of small - single floor, medium - multi floor and large - multi space planning projects
Health & Safety / Environment:
- Ensure that the day to day operations alongside move team are conducted to the highest standards of safety taking account of all legislative and regulatory requirements.
- To bring to the teams- attention any safety issue related to the move.
- To implement regular H&S stand downs/toolbox talks and weekly site checklist as appropriate.
- To conduct day to day operations with due regard to environmental standards, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Quality:
- To ensure that the highest quality standards are applied in all areas of day to day activity in order to satisfy and maintain company defined standards and the requirements of external quality verification.
Experiences:
- Experience with analyzing data and making recommendations
- Experience in managing moves and small works
- IT literacy capability for a software application with full literacy with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience of managing time to deliver quality information to stakeholders
