- 10+ years of experience working with SAP S4, with a focus on the Costing & Controlling process.
- Work with the Finance Digital Transformation Manager to develop a plan for integrating SAP ECC with proprietary systems and implementing SAP S4 Costing & Controlling across NA, LAS, and EMEA regions.
- 5+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The goal is to finalize the design and documentation within a three-month timeframe and to ensure that the documentation is suitable for presentation to both working-level key users and executive stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
The documentation should encompass both high-level overviews and detailed analyses of the processes and solutions, comparing the current (As-Is) state with the proposed future (To-Be) state.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The impact of these changes, which will include but is not limited to process modifications, system alterations, and shifts in roles and responsibilities, should be thoroughly addressed.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Can speak Mandarin in working is prefered.
- Collaborate with other members of the Finance Digital Transformation team to ensure the successful implementation of SAP S4 Record to Report.
- Must have a deep understanding of the following key business processes:
- Cost center accounting: This process involves assigning costs to cost centers, which are organizational units that perform similar activities.
- Product cost controlling: This process involves tracking the costs associated with producing goods or services.
- Profit center accounting: This process involves assigning costs and revenues to profit centers, which are organizational units that are responsible for generating profits.
- Internal orders: This process involves tracking the costs and revenues associated with specific projects or jobs.
- Profitability analysis: This process involves analyzing the profitability of different products, services, and business units.
- Transfer pricing: This process involves setting prices for goods and services that are transferred between different parts of the same company.
- Must also be familiar with the following SAP S4 modules: Materials Management (MM) Sales & Distribution (SD) Production Planning (PP) Finance (FI) Controlling (CO)
- Experience with SAP Business Process Management (BPM)
