Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to oversee all HR functions across our pan India operations. The ideal candidate will be based in Mumbai and will be responsible for leading the HR team, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role involves traveling to other office branches for approximately 10 days per month.

Current Designation: GM or VP HR

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives.

- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a smooth on boarding process.

- Oversee performance management systems, including employee evaluations, promotions, and career development.

- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.

- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.

- Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Maintain HR records and reports, and analyse data to drive decision-making.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees.

- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Experience in strategic HR planning and implementation.

- Ability to travel to other office branches as needed (approximately 10 days per month).
