CFO, CHIEF Financial Officer,

- We are hiring for a CFO (Chief financial officer) at NZ Seasonal wear pvt ltd.

Manufacturing Industry Expertise :

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing sector, understanding its challenges, trends, and opportunities.

- Minimum Turnover of 700- 1000 Cr.

Long-Term Commitment :

- Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's long-term goals, growth, and stability.

IPO Listing :

- Lead the company through the process of going public, managing all financial aspects of the IPO listing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Financial Decision-Making :

- Make core decisions related to financial strategies, growth plans, investment opportunities, and risk management to drive the company's financial success.

Statutory and Legal Compliance :

- Oversee and ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, keeping the organization in good standing with relevant authorities.

System, Control, and Process Management :

- Implement and maintain strong financial controls, processes, and systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial operations.

Handling Scrutiny and Seizure :

- Possess experience in handling situations like scrutiny, search, and seizure by tax authorities, capable of addressing challenges independently.

Group-Level MIS and Budgeting :

- Develop and manage comprehensive management information systems (MIS) and budgets at the group level, ensuring accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.

Key Decision-Making :

- Collaborate with the executive team to provide critical financial insights and data-driven recommendations for key business decisions.

Fund Flow and Finance Planning :

- Manage fund flows, optimize working capital, and devise finance strategies to support the company's operations, growth, and expansion plans.

Investor Relations :

- Cultivate strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, effectively communicating the company's financial performance and growth prospects.

Risk Management :

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that could impact the company's performance or reputation.
