Location: Mumbai

Roles/ Responsibilities (Sample activities but not limited to the list below) :

- Design and develop metrics for accurate measurement of work performance

- Integration of Business Processes

- Documenting SoP & workflow

- Identifying cost saving / optimization opportunities

- Strong business analytics and gap analysis

- Finance Project monitoring and implementation

- Carrying out research and data collection to understand the organization, conducting analysis

- Interviewing the other employees, management team and other stakeholders

- Identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions

- Liaising with the other groups to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions

- Designs, develops, and conducts Sales & Operations Planning meetings, providing visibility and communication on sales, demand, distribution, and supply trends in support of business growth

Educational Background and Years of Experience :

- MBA (Tier 1) with 3+ years relevant experience in management consulting. Significant exposure to functional areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales & marketing, service operations would be considered as well in lieu of consulting experience

- A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or supply chain related field
