- Own App Acquisition strategies: own end to end funnel of app install to purchase
- Run aggressive app install campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat etc.
- Continuously measure key App metrics like MAU, DAU, converting users on a daily basis
- Explore new channels for customer acquisition for Nykaa. Measure, track and report on performance marketing efforts through structured dashboards
- Design creatives and communications for all Ads on a regular basis in accordance with website activities and focus categories
- Run CRM campaigns for the App users
- Strategize new app pushes, customer segmentations, audiences creation, real time notifications to engage users
- Would be required to work closely with cross functional teams such as brand management, design, retail, tech and content to plan for the monthly marketing campaign calendar for App pushes
- Develop new and innovative communications styles and design campaigns to improve user engagement on the App
- Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns & opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the customers journey
- Should have run app install and marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, RevX, Criteo, etc. for the ecommerce industry
- Should be strong in analyzing cohort and retention data and optimize campaigns as well as create audience segments for targeting
- Must be able to work with CPI and MAU targets for Install campaigns
- Must be able to work with ROI and revenue targets for App Engagement
- Should be comfortable using analytics tools like Clevertap, Appsflyer and Adobe Analytics
