Role :

- The ideal person would be someone who has worked on checkout .

- Willing to manage one Associate product manager

- Key KPIs include conversion, payment success rate and prepaid%

- Own the product roadmap to achieve our goals and strategy. Justify your decisions to key stakeholders including senior management. Drive all the way from conception to go to market strategy.

Requirements :

- BE/B. Tech degree in Computer Science

- MBA from tier I college

- At least 2+ years experience in a Product or Internet company.

- You thrive in a fast paced work environment and handle ambiguity well. Ability to lead a team with minimal support is critical.

- You are a team player with a collaborative approach to decision making.

- You can prioritize, resolve conflicts and stakeholder management
