Position Summary
As a Product Manager for Growth, you will envision a variety of data capabilities and drive internal stakeholder engagement efforts to help Nykaa optimize a customers journey across all our online and offline channels.
Our current customer data platform incorporates millions of data points from offline and online channels and serves customer profiles and audience segmentation data for numerous marketing, personalization, and analytics outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build internal partnerships and influence. Scaling our growth platforms and delivering a consistent, personalized customer experience requires teamwork across many job functions and levels.
- Be a subject matter expert on the flow and uses of customer data across the company, from data capture to processing to analytics and personalization.
- Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and video
- Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy
- Lead overall site conversion rate optimization and develop and optimize landing page strategy
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns
- Drive buy versus build decisions and creative hybrid approaches.
- Create and collaborate with others on initiatives that build a culture of data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with one or more of retail, eCommerce, AdTech, MarTech, or big data. Particular areas of expertise include identity resolution (tying together offline and online data and devices), email and push notification marketing, SEM, display advertising, mobile app marketing, customer behavior modeling, and cross-channel marketing measurement and optimization.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, etc. or equivalent background in rigorous technical problem solving.
- MBA or equivalent experience driving business strategy.
- 4+ years of experience in product management or a combination of product, engineering, solutions consulting, customer success, or other data roles.
- Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google,Facebook, Instagram, and content sites
- Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
- Very data driven and should be curious about and tell stories using data
- Sensitivity to potential trade-offs between performance and branding
- Experience managing organic acquisition, including SEO and CRO
