Nykaa - Product Manager

Role :

- The ideal person would be someone who has worked on checkout.

- Willing to manage one Associate product manager

- Key KPIs include conversion, payment success rate, and prepaid%

- Own the product roadmap to achieve our goals and strategy. Justify your decisions to key stakeholders including senior management. Drive all the way from conception to go to market strategy.

Requirements :

- BE/B. Tech degree in Computer Science

- MBA is preferred

- At least 1+ years of experience in a Product or Internet company.

- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and handle ambiguity well. The ability to lead a team with minimal support is critical.

- You are a team player with a collaborative approach to decision-making.

- You can prioritize, resolve conflicts and stakeholder management
