Job Summary:
The People Partner is responsible for building deep-rooted partnerships across the Marketing and HR function to deliver value-added services that enable achieving business objectives of the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage end to end employee life cycle for the Marketing and Design function
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage talent acquisition for meeting manpower requirements as per the agreed timelines
- Collaborate with the Function head and Team leads for preparing and signing off the AOP
- Responsible for managing the key HR metrics for TA (Manpower plan vs Actual hire, Budget vs actual cost, attrition, internal mobility)
- Ensure a healthy mix of recruitment sources, manage referral schemes and leverage job portals effectively to source candidate
Employee Relations:
- Responsible to manage the day-to-day queries of employees effectively including handling matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff-misconduct, advising & guiding the management on the employer best practices for the function
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Drive HR processes/ initiatives viz employee engagement, rewards & recognition programs
- Designing employee engagement calendar for the function and driving engagement activities
- Work on the organization restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning
- Identify training needs for the marketing function and individual executive coaching needs
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Performance Management:
- Manage Performance for all the employees - including goal setting and goal cascading for the team
- Manage Performance Improvement Plans for underperformers
- Administer the mid-year reviews & year ends appraisal while ensuring effective feedbacks in the function
Payroll & MIS:
- Ensure good governance and total compliance under various employment laws - like PoSH, Code of Conduct etc.
- Ensuring timely inputs to the payroll team on the salary payout and cost allocations.
- Responsible for reporting of HR dashboards/ MIS/ HR status reports to be shared on a weekly/ quarterly basis with the leadership team
