Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition function of the organization. They will develop and implement strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent that aligns with the company's goals and values. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, build strong relationships with external partners, and continuously improve recruitment practices to ensure the organization has a competitive edge in acquiring and retaining the best talent.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Identify and prioritize talent needs across the organization and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

- Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

- Review and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations for selection.

- Develop and maintain the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.

- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the organization.

- Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external vendors.

- Negotiate contracts and manage the performance of external recruitment partners.

- Evaluate vendor effectiveness and recommend changes as needed.

- Develop and track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

- Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment activities, trends, and key performance indicators.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.

- Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting innovation and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and identify training and development needs.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience required strictly in Talent Acquisition domain.

- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (IIM / Top Business School Preferred).

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.

- Should have experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.

- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices.

- Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and external partners.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Package- 8LPA- 12LPA

Work Location- Hyderabad ( On-site ) WFO

Working Days- 6 days

Work Timing- 10 Am - 7 Pm
