State Head - Sales_Marathi
About the Role:
As the State Head - Sales at NxtWave, you will be directly responsible for driving sales performance and business growth in your assigned state. You will lead a team of 4+ Manager-level professionals and 20+ Executives, overseeing the entire sales process from strategy to execution. Your primary focus will be on expanding NxtWave's offline presence, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and driving enrollment in NxtWave's programs.
You're ideal for this role if:
- You have a proven track record of leading and growing sales teams in the education sector, particularly in an offline environment.
- You excel at building relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders, driving business through partnerships.
- You are strategic, yet hands-on, with the ability to both develop and execute sales plans that deliver results.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact on NxtWave's growth.

Languages Known:
- Native speaker of Kannada/Marathi/Malayalam.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
Work Location & Working Days:
- This role involves frequent field visits to educational institutions and related events. Relevant expenses (Fuel, Food, Accommodation) will be reimbursed by the company.
- Flexibility to come to the office whenever required.
- 6-day work week with a rotational week off (Sunday won't be a week off).
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Must have your own laptop (Mandatory).
