Learning And Development Specialist
Job Overview:
- We are hiring a Learning and Development ( L&D) Specialist for our company in the Corporate Training Department.
- As a Learning and Development Specialist, you should assist and provide support and necessary training to our employees. You should also help them acquire new skills and learn professional development. In addition to this, you should assess and determine the potential areas for growth and progression.

Responsibilities:- Discuss and identify training needs, target areas and Knowledge , Skill and Attributes(Mindset) gap
- Assess and identify the current skills of the employees.
- Preparation of training calendar
- Training budget
- Training effectiveness - Design models for evaluating training effectiveness
- Arrange in-house training programs as well as online e-learning models with the support of trainers.
- Record and report training courses, schedules, and results. Share the same with the management on a regular basis.
- Implement leaderboards, rewards and other gamification to help employees achieve more learning consistency.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in the industry.
Requirements:- 4-8 years of work experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, Training and Development Manager, Training Manager or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and LMS (Learning Management Systems) like Docebo or TalentLMS.
- Commitment to create impact through the role.
- Passion to learn and grow in the role.
- Should be very organized.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive environment in the workplace.
Compensation: 12- 14 LPA
Work Location & Working Days- NxtWave's Hyderabad Office
