About Role:

The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for the organization. They will use various sourcing techniques and platforms to find and attract the best candidates for open positions.

Requirements:

- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre and other important sourcing Channels.

- Knowledge of other sourcing platforms is an advantage.

- Strong experience in sourcing, with a proven track record of successfully identifying and recruiting candidates.

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- 2-5 years of experience in sourcing.

Responsibilities:

- Understanding ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles.

- Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisement and managing responses

- Reaching out to target talent via social networks

- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions

- Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions.

- Identifying high quality candidates to fill key role.

Working Days: 6 days a week

Work Location: Hyderabad
