Senior Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive Financial Management:
2. Strategic Projects:
- IND AS Convergence: Lead the conversion of the company's financial statements from Indian GAAP to IND AS, working closely with the VP Finance. This encompasses developing a comprehensive project plan, managing the implementation process, and facilitating the training of the finance team on the new accounting standards, all in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
- IFC Implementation: Execute the implementation of IFC's Performance Standards for Financial Institutions. This includes crafting essential policies and procedures and conducting training sessions to acquaint the finance team with the new requirements, ensuring they contribute to the company's growth and regulatory compliance.
- NetSuite Integration: Oversee the integration of the company's financial systems with NetSuite, aligned with the strategic direction provided by the VP Finance. This will entail comprehensive project planning, meticulous management of the implementation process, and rigorous system testing, all aimed at supporting company growth.
- MIS Enhancement: Drive the restructuring of the company's Management Information System (MIS) to enhance efficiency and reporting. This will involve the creation of innovative reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide valuable insights for decision-making and growth.
3. Strategic Financial Policy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial policies and procedures aligned with the overarching business strategy of the company.
4. Continuous Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement within the finance department, focusing on automation, workflow optimization, and cost reduction.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster close collaboration with other departments to ensure that the finance department effectively meets their financial reporting needs and supports strategic initiatives.
6. Budget Oversight and Forecasting:
- Take charge of the budgetary and forecasting processes within the finance department. This includes setting annual budgets, meticulous spending tracking, and the development of accurate financial projections, all with the overarching goal of contributing to the company's growth and financial stability.
7. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and nurture the finance team, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them reach their career goals and achieve peak performance.
Desired Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience preferably from Big 4 Audit background.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team.
- Profound knowledge in accounting, taxation, and treasury management.
- Preferred experience with IND AS, IFC, NetSuite, and MIS systems, all in pursuit of the VP Finance's strategic vision for the company.
