- This role demands a creative mindset and a dynamic approach to problem-solving.
- You will be involved in various stages of project development, from initial concept to successful implementation, ensuring that each project aligns with our company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and contribute to the development of new ideas from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Lead a major lead generation channel where you will be responsible for the end to end process.
- Manage product development within the channel and initiate, as well as oversee, new innovative projects.
- Regularly report on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to the stakeholders involved.
Requirements :
- Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in a start-up environment or in managing 0-1 projects is highly desirable, indicating a capacity for innovation and adaptability.
- First Principles Problem-Solving: Must possess the ability to apply first principles thinking for innovative problem-solving, breaking down complex issues into fundamental elements to develop unique and effective solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with colleges would be an advantage.
- Cost-Effective Innovation: Seeking individuals skilled in creating cost-effective, efficient solutions by rethinking conventional approaches and leveraging first principles thinking.
- Adaptive Mindset with Strong Convictions: Should demonstrate a balance of strong convictions in their ideas, coupled with the flexibility to adapt and reconsider in the face of new information or changing environments.
- Work Location: Work From Office(Hyderabad).
