About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and conducting events with software developers and the IT industry, primarily on Sundays. This role involves managing the entire event lifecycle, from lead generation to execution, and engaging both students and speaker communities through various activities and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute events focused on software developers and IT professionals.
- Schedule and conduct events every Sunday, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Identify and target potential leads for events, from outreach to registration.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Maintain a database of potential attendees and speakers, updating and managing information as needed.
Community Engagement:
- Foster and maintain relationships with professionals, encouraging their participation in events and activities.
- Develop engaging content and activities to keep the working professionals community active and involved.
- Create and manage forums, discussion groups, and other platforms to facilitate working employee's interaction and networking.
Speaker Engagement:
- Build and maintain a network of speakers from the software and IT industry.
- Coordinate with speakers for event participation, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported.
- Organize speaker-related activities, including panels, workshops, and Q&A sessions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance event quality and attendee experience.
- Track community engagement metrics and report on the effectiveness of various initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in community management, event planning, or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using event management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Work Location & Working Days:
Work From Office (Hyderabad)
5 Days (Working on Sunday - You can take a holiday on two weekdays)
