About Role: Senior Manager - B2B Business Development_Tamil & Telugu

You're ideal for this role, if

Team Leadership: You can Manage a team of Business Development Managers, Associates and drive their performance.

B2B Partnership : You can identify and partner with potential B2B partners, including schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other possible potential partners.

Sales Expertise: You can leverage your proven experience to meet and exceed targets with our Pre-Sales/Sales team.

Market research: You can conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, competition, and potential partners within the Tamil or Telugu speaking regions.

High-Growth Environment: You are Looking to Thrive in the dynamic setting of a rapidly growing startup.

Cross Functional team Collaborations : You can collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support etc., to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.

What will you be doing?

- Lead a team of Business Development Managers & Associates to achieve a given target.

- Research about prospective institutions for NxtWave's offerings in Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, prioritize them, reach out to decision-makers, host online/offline sessions and drive business.

- Take responsibility for the entire sales life cycle for individual institutions within your territory. From presenting to the prospects, closing talks with management, and follow-ups until lead conversion.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with prospective institutions.

- Effectively communicate with decision-makers, give demos, and host sessions for the institutions.

- Analyze the territory/market's potential, and track sales and status reports

- Actively suggesting process improvement with respect to the B2B lead funnel and achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the schedule

- Analyzing and sharing active feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the business team

- Give prompt responses on crucial issues and suggest solutions. Handle escalations and improve customer experience

- Maintaining a detailed database of the college management interactions and the complete lead journey.

What are we looking for ?

- Proven experience of 1-2 years in managing B2B Sales/Pre-Sales team, preferably EdTech (Engineering) domain.

- Sales Experience in EdTech domain is an additional advantage

- Sales-oriented mindset to effectively communicate NxtWave's offerings to its prospective institutions and achieve monthly sales targets

- Systematic approach to building sales funnels, prioritizing tasks, tracking feedback, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlines

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills to pitch to decision-makers.

- Taking end-to-end ownership of all the B2B partnerships in your assigned territory.

- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.

- Great listeners, and trustworthy individuals who can bond with our prospective institutions and learners.

- Individuals with the ability to approach any situation with patience, very strong empathy and ability to work independently

- Willingness to travel (when required) to meet clients and partners.

Languages Known:

- Excellent proficiency in Tamil or Telugu

- Must be proficient in English.

Work Location & Working Days:

- Work from Office (Hyderabad)

- 6 Days a Week
