Requirements and Skills :
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in the Human Resources Department in any MNC is an added advantage
- Strong experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Employee Onboarding Softwares.
- Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting for HR business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Great understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and completing the employee onboarding process
- Interacting with the new joiners and helping them understanding the procedures/processes
- Organizing and maintaining the data of the new comers
- Welcoming new employees with the onboarding kit.
- Preparing hire communication with the appropriate Manager.
- Collecting paperwork and other related documents from the new hire.
- Introducing new employees to the team members.
- Preparing onboarding documents and kits as and when required.
- Staying up to date with innovative and creative ways of onboarding new employees.
- Ensuring the seamless communications (instructions/updates) across teams with respect to new joiners
