This key role involves overseeing the efficient coordination of the Interview Process and ensuring successful placement of students into relevant roles post-completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on optimizing operations and fostering strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the training and placement teams.
- Implement and improve processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Deriving meaningful insights after the completion of the interview process
