Liaison Manager

- You have proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with external clients and partners, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an added advantage.
-Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close deals.
- Willingness to travel and meet with NBFC partners to establish new business opportunities.
- Organized and able to manage multiple partnerships while ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Ability to conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on market trends to improve NBFC onboarding.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Self-motivated and flexible, with a positive attitude and the ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Execution-focused with a commitment to achieving milestones and revenue targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new NBFC partners that align with NxtWave's offerings to provide No Cost EMI options for parents and students.
- Building and maintaining relationships with NBFCs to ensure smooth operations and a high approval rate for EMI applications.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Program Registration Experts, to address any challenges in the application process and proactively resolve issues.
- Traveling to meet NBFCs, present partnership opportunities, and strengthen collaboration.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of NBFC policies and staying up-to-date with any changes that may impact the process.
- Conducting competitor analysis to understand how other companies engage NBFCs and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is in place and accurately maintained to support partnership efforts.
- Working towards meeting NxtWave's monthly revenue targets through effective partnerships.
