Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced candidate as a Lead - HR Systems & Analyst to join our team.
As a Lead - HR Systems & Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying issues in the HR department and resolving them. You will also be responsible for giving recommendations to the HR Manager on improvements to various HR processes.
In addition to this, you will require to have extensive knowledge of Human Resource Management Software/HCM Tools. Past work experience as an HR Analyst will be an added benefit for the candidates.
You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze data. You should also have outstanding interpersonal skills and good problem-solving abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the employee directory is updated regularly.
- Compiling and analyzing the HR performance metrics.
- Helping HR Manager in developing hiring plans.
- Assisting in creating a hiring budget.
- Identifying any HR-related issues and finding solutions for them.
- Supporting HR processes with data analysis and statistics.
- Making suggestions to the HR Manager in regard to the internal surveys.
- Accessing the results from the employee's performance review.
- Calculating retention, mobility rates, and turnovers.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Assisting Human Resource professionals in staffing and recruiting.
- Recommending short- and long-term goals for the organization.
- Preparing reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Implementing training programs for new employees.
- Performing other miscellaneous duties as and when required.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven work experience in the Human Resources department as an HR Analyst or a similar role.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge and experience in Human Resource Management software/HCM Tools.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Human Resource procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills.
Work Location & Working Days:

Compensation: 10-12 LPA
