Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Planning :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive Corporate Relations.

- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

- Set sales targets and monitor progress toward achieving them.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for Corporate Relations initiatives.

New Client Acquisition:

- Identify and target potential corporate clients for partnership with NxtWave.

- Communicate the value proposition of NxtWave's programs and services effectively.

- Leverage your HR Tech industry experience to showcase the unique benefits of partnering with NxtWave.

- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with new clients.

Account Management:

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.

- Understand client needs and propose solutions to meet their requirements.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their concerns.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in business development, client relations, or similar roles.

- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

- Candidates with prior experience in HR Tech companies or HR sourcing companies will have an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

- Leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic startup environment.

Work Location: Hyderabad. Should be open to travel across India for business meetings.
