Job Brief:

We are actively seeking a Head of Abroad Admissions Counseling to lead our latest endeavor: guiding our undergraduate and final-year students enrolled in our courses through the intricate process of pursuing their master's degrees overseas. The ideal candidate will exhibit a relentless growth mentality and possess profound expertise in international education, spanning diverse courses, institutions, and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Senior Counselors and Counselors.

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.

Counseling Expertise:

- Provide specialized guidance to students considering pursuing master's degrees abroad in engineering.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends, courses, universities, and countries in the study abroad sector.

- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students when required, especially for complex scenarios.

Process Development:

- Streamline and optimize the end-to-end process of abroad admissions, ensuring a seamless experience for students.

- Implement best practices in counseling by leveraging technology and innovation.

Training & Development:

- Organize regular training sessions for counselors to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Camera-Friendly Presence:

- Demonstrate comfort and poise in front of the camera, especially for virtual engagements and webinars.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in counseling students for admissions to foreign universities and colleges.

- A proven track record in leadership and team management.

- Comprehensive knowledge of study abroad programs across various courses, universities, and countries.

- Existing connections with foreign universities and educational institutions will be considered an advantage.

- Candidates who have degrees from renowned or top-tier colleges will be given preference.
