Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Management:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, Native ads and Media Buying channels.

- Build and define the targeting strategies, allocation & optimization of budget across ad platforms.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging features on digital advertising platforms.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

- Setup, Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Track budgets against targets, optimize spending, and identify areas for improvement.

- Continuously strive to exceed KPIs and set benchmarks for campaign success.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Brand team to craft compelling ad copies and collaborate with the design team to create visually striking posters, fostering innovation for effective digital marketing campaigns.

- Regularly communicate performance insights, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.

People Management:

- Team Leadership: Oversee and lead a high-performing digital marketing team responsible for executing campaigns across various platforms.

- Development and Guidance: Recruit, train, and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for professional growth.

- Cultural Fostering: Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence within the digital marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration in a positive work environment.

Requirements:

- Around 4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing across various platforms.

- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals.

- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, Native ads and MediaBuying.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
