- You'll be responsible for setting up new lead generation channels, managing operations, defining playbooks, and analyzing day-to-day outcomes.
- This cross-functional role will allow you to work closely with sales, tech, operations, and analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth hacking and marketing strategies to implement innovative approaches.
- Develop and add new customer channels.
- Acquire and maintain relationships with college managements to drive business.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, sales, and customer support to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to generating new partnerships that develop into long-term relationships.
- Ensure that all business development activities are being followed and executed on time.
- Using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), interpreting data to understand user behavior, and making data-driven decisions to improve growth strategies.
- Taking responsibility for an End-to-End funnel.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in any of these languages. (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali and Tamil).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Go-Getter attitude.
- Alignment to the company's vision and culture.
- Prior experience in Sales/ Program Management/ Growth Management/ B2B Sales/ Affiliate Marketing.
- What are your deliverables / KPIs?
- Onboarding External Partners.
- Generating Leads from these External Partners.
- Converting Leads that come from these Partners.
- Location: Work from office.
- Employment type: Permanent.
- Working Days: 6 days (Monday - Saturday. Sunday will be the week off)
