About Role
We are looking for a Growth manager to define, coordinate and execute the company's growth plan and be responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel by closely working with the sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Devise innovative growth strategies, by developing a deep understanding of our target consumers
- Have a deep understanding of pre-sales channels and driving top of the funnel.
- Identify new growth opportunities in existing sales channels and identify new sales channels (explore new avenues/growth hacks) to acquire new and engaged users.
- Collaborate with channel-specific teammates (content, creative etc.) to identify areas for growth.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experiments, continuous A/B testing and generating hypotheses.
- Curate insights from digital marketing channels like FB and Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, to map customer journeys and buyer segments.
- Create a performance metrics framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign, look at the data daily to identify any problem areas and be proactive in problem solving.
- Understand and optimize on the CRM funnel to improve SMS, Email campaigns performance to improve overall conversion funnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Growth Manager or related roles
- Previous experience in Affiliate/Influencer Marketing, ATL & BTL will be an added advantage.
- A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgment.
- Can envision and come up with longer-term sales strategies
- Can carry out market research/customer calls to understand the user profiling and run targeted marketing campaigns
- Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
- Passion & hustle to take on & solve problems individually and within cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaborative working style
Work Location: Hyderabad
Compensation: 12 - 20 LPA
