Job Summary :
We at NxtWave, are looking for a dynamic Brand Strategist to develop and execute effective brand strategies, enhance company reputation, and drive business growth. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with teams, conduct market research, and possess a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute impactful brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and industry trends to identify brand opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to define brand attributes, target audience, and unique selling propositions.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, advertising, and marketing materials.
- Analyze brand performance, consumer feedback, and market trends for optimal brand strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to create impactful brand assets, including visual identity, and brand story.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute brand initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand strategy.
Who are we looking for :
- Proven experience as a Brand Strategist or in a similar role, at a startup (Series A or above) preferable
- Experience in FMCG brands focusing on tier 2 / tier 3 cities preferable
Qualification : Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Skill Set :
- Strong understanding of brand strategy development, brand positioning, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, along with strong project management skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate and present brand strategies effectively.
Work Experience : 5-6 years of experience in Brand Strategy or related domain is mandatory.
