- The Product & Business Development role in Cloud Business involves supporting the product lifecycle, driving business development initiatives, and contributing to cloud solutions' market success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit while identifying and engaging with prospective clients to grow cloud business revenues.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Support & Management:
- Assist in defining and managing the product roadmap for cloud solutions and services.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine cloud products based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Conduct research to understand customer requirements and provide insights into product features and development.
- Help monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvements.
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for cloud products and services, particularly focusing on government clients in the Delhi region.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cloud space
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for cloud products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Prepare and assist in delivering sales presentations, proposals, and demos to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop pricing strategies, proposals, and contracts.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Support client interactions by providing product demos and responding to inquiries regarding cloud solutions.
- Gather and document customer feedback to inform product development and business strategy.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships, ensuring that customer needs are met, and resolving any issues that arise.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies within the cloud domain.
- Track competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine positioning and messaging for cloud products.
5. Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and business development initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall business strategy for cloud products.
Key Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, or Sales, particularly within the cloud industry
- Hands-on experience with B2B cloud solutions (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
- Familiarity with cloud technology and sales cycles.
- Experience working with government customers in the Delhi region is mandatory.
Skills :
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and services.
