Job Description:

Position: HR Consultant

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 9-13 Years

Location: Indore

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- KPI and KRA Development: Create, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for employees to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Performance Evaluation: Manage the employee performance evaluation process, including regular assessments, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

- Policy Formulation: Develop, update, and implement HR policies in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Skills Required:

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR consultant

- Strong understanding of performance management and HR policies

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights

- People oriented and results driven

- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

- Degree in Human Resources or related field
