NutriTap - Chief Operating Officer

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our Organization's ongoing operations and procedures. This position is Company's second-in-command and handles the efficient running of the business. The candidate shall be an efficient and experienced leader, must have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics to maintain control of diverse business operations. The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Skill Required

- Plan, design and implementation of business operations and procedures as well as growth strategies.

- Work with Operations managers to prepare silo budgets meeting individual team targets.

- Prior experience of Retail Startup is a plus.

- Acts as a liaison between Company and Clients/Partners/Vendors for Quality Assurance

- Have handled multiple cities operations in previous stint.

- Define processes to improve and optimize inventory & operations.

- Comfortable to work in a startup environment.

Preferred Candidates:

- 6-7 Years of experience.

- Good communication skills a must (email/verbal)

- Good To have prior experience in Retail/Grocery background.
