Job description for the profile:
- Focus on sales operations for achieving the business goals towards revenue generation.
- Initiate marketing activities for different areas.Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitor's activities and providing valuable inputs to the marketing & product team for the enhancement and fine tuning of sales & marketing strategies.
- Analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.
- Identify, qualify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
- Contributing actively to product improvements through customer feedback and proactively anticipating market needs.
- Provide customer service in order to increase client satisfaction, program growth and new product introductions.
- Monitor client relationship and program performance to meet and exceed client goals. Maintain strong & cordial relations with clients.
- Prepare client proposals & presentations.
- Plan weekly sales cycle and schedule client meetings accordingly.
- Prepare sales related reports including weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan, etc.
- Plan budget for revenue generation on weekly and monthly basis.
