Fund Syndication Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Manager of Finance and Capital Strategy to join our leadership team at Nutri Fresh Farm Tech India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will lead the company's financial strategy, focusing on debt and equity syndication to support our growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, with a primary focus on debt and equity syndication to meet funding requirements for strategic initiatives.

2. Debt and Equity Syndication: Lead the end-to-end process of debt and equity syndication, identifying potential funding sources, negotiating terms, and securing financial partnerships.

3. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess funding needs, prepare financial models, and present business cases to potential investors and lenders.

4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, and other potential funding partners.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial covenants related to debt and equity agreements.

6. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, investment climate, and financing options to provide strategic insights to the executive team.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and business development, to facilitate successful execution of financing transactions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in Finance is preferred.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in debt and equity syndication, with a proven track record of successfully securing financing for companies.

3. Strong financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and valuation techniques.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.

5. Proven ability to negotiate and structure complex financing deals.

6. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
