Qualification - MBA (Operations/ Business/ Other relevant discipline)
About the role: As AGM - Founders Office, you will assume a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the Top Management bodies, specifically to DGM - Founders office in steering the organization's overarching management and strategic trajectory. In this capacity, you will serve as an advisor and assistant, entrusted with the responsibility of effectively conveying and actualizing the CEO's vision and objectives throughout the company. This role holds substantial influence and demands exceptional organizational prowess, strategic acumen, and adept collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with DGM to shape and implement the company's enduring strategic blueprints. Undertake research, dissect data, and furnish insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
2. Liaison and Representation: Act as a bridge linking the DGM with various departments, board members, and external associates. Champion the top Management's interests and adeptly communicate their messages.
3. Monitoring Business Performance: Scrutinize and assess the company's performance, encompassing pivotal performance indicators and financial metrics. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to apprise the CEO about the organization's advancement.
4. Project Oversight: Supervise critical undertakings on behalf of the CEO/CFO and manager, guaranteeing their punctual and budget-compliant execution. Foster alignment and streamlined implementation across diverse teams.
5. Executive Facilitation: Assist DGM to aid in orchestrating their daily agenda, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence. Prepare policies, Reports, and PPT for meetings.
6. Time Management: Foresee requirements and proactively address challenges to optimize the CEO's time utilization and effectiveness.
7. Relationship Cultivation: Foster robust relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders, advancing the CEO's vision and amplifying the company's repute.
8. Board Collaboration: Coordinate board meetings, compile pertinent materials, and support the CEO in fostering interaction with the board of directors.
9. Special Endeavours: Lead and actively participate in distinct projects as assigned by the CEO, projects that significantly impact the organization's trajectory.
10. Communication: Supporting leadership in the development and execution of their internal communication and engagement strategy. Manage COO office communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Possession of a Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated track record in management, executive support, or strategic consultancy roles
- Profound leadership and communication proficiencies, complemented by the aptitude to engage effectively with diverse global cohorts
- Impeccable standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional discernment
- Remarkable organizational finesse and unwavering attention to particulars
- Familiarity with financial analysis and budgetary practices
- Evidenced capability in handling confidential and sensitive information
