What We're Looking For :
- NutaNXT is looking for a result oriented and experienced Strategic Sales/Business Development Manager for our rapidly growing team.
- Should be experienced in hunting for new opportunities within focused accounts and have proven experience in generating business using a combination of online and offline/remote strategies and professional networking.
- Ideal candidate is someone who is very hands-on self-starter and has the experience building strong client relationships from the ground up, build account plans, manage a cluster of large accounts and/or building a business development team around them as the business grows.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with delivery, marketing and technical team to build the right practice propositions for global(primarily US, UK) client opportunities across Digital Product Engineering domain.
- Build strong relationships through cold calling, prospecting and account mapping strategies within specific verticals(FinTech, CPG, Healthcare, etc) and achieve sales target with focused efforts put into account management, existing customer mining and retention and aggressive prospecting of specific new accounts, where NutaNXT would see opportunities to be a long-term Product Engineering and Technology consulting partner.
- Drive profitable sales expansion with a focus on acquiring new and re-engaging with dormant accounts, while growing existing clients.
- Gather and analyze market and industry intelligence, metrics, and trends across Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud and Application Development to determine customer needs and identify opportunities early in the sales cycle to increase probability of win and ensure maximum share of wallet for NutaNXT.
- Responsible for understanding the client's needs and preferences, introducing NutaNXT services accordingly, adapting the value proposition as requried and driving the meetings with key decision makers to progress sales cycle(Deal Closure)
- Business Development across geographies by engaging with Global 1000 firms across USA, Europe, ROW
- Execute all sales related documentation and processes with industry best-practices and sales/lead generation tools
Experience Required :
- 3 to 6 Years of proven experience in New Business Development and Account Management.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success.
- Experienced in cold calling, email marketing, lead generation, pre-sales and practice based approach to selling, etc.
- Experience in internet-based research via search engines and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Very strong and clear articulation and sales presentation skills.
- Energetic, friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
