What you'll do: - Drive process excellence initiatives in a cross-functional environment cutting across business operations, product management, technology, human resources, finance, and other functions - Brainstorm solutions to variety of problem statements covering revenue enhancement, cost / working capital optimization and product improvement with the customer / stakeholder journey at the core - Dynamic learning environment to strategize new initiatives in broad areas such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) development, strategic external partnerships, incubation investments, customer experience center operationalization to name a few - Build data backed analytical models to quantify benefits and socialize recommendations with key stakeholders - Build detailed implementation roadmaps and drive implementation working closely with internal and external stakeholders - track / report progress, identify key risks and develop mitigation plans towards successful completion What we're looking for: - 3 - 5 year's experience working in business finance / process excellence / management consulting / analytics / program management - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to work with diverse stakeholders - Strong communication skills
