We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager responsible for HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, HR Operations, and Compensation & Benefits. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals to drive business success through effective people management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Business Partnering: Advisor to leadership, providing insights and guidance on talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and align HR initiatives.
- Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, employee development, and succession planning efforts. Design and implement programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR processes such as employee life cycle management, and compliance. Ensure smooth HR operations and efficiency through continuous process improvement.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation strategies, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness. Oversee employee benefits administration and drive reward and recognition programs that motivate employees.
