Job Summary:
- The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for building and driving the performance of the inside sales team focused on ag-inputs B2B sales.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and a deep understanding of the ag-input industry.
- The Inside Sales Team Lead will ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets, provides excellent customer service, and collaborates effectively with other departments to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Sales Targets : Responsible for achieving the target by allocating the goals to individuals in the team & thus achieving overall sales target.
- Operations KPI : Designing, Implementing & tracking business KPIs for the entire Team as per business requirements.
- Membership Pool : Program management for increasing the customer base for membership pool.
- Customer Retention : Executing retention program to help reduce the churn & boost retention.
- Team Building : Leadership & Team building skill to enhance the productivity & have a competitive and healthy environment within the group.
- Product Development : Providing insight & liasoning with product to develop & design the product.
Basic Requirements:
Experience: Must have 4-5 years of experience in telesales / inside sales. Agtech Experience would be preferred.
Education: Graduation & Above. B.Sc (Agri) will be preferred.
Skill: Should know MS-Office/Google Suite & should be from sales background.
