Roles and Responsibilities | What does the job entail?
- As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for owning all finance & accounting activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, organization, and execution of financial tasks and projects of the organization.
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage and monitor metrics, tracking and reports and ensure preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
- Estimating funds requirement for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (Invoicing, Payroll, Statutory compliances and other transactions)
- Complete financial reports including preparation of MIS, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash flow statements, and lead the month-end closing process.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring Audit activities and compliance to statutory requirements
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Manage other ancillary task assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements | You- ll be a great addition to the team if:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of experience, preferably Wholesale/ FMCG/ Retail industry.
- Solid proficiency in MS office tools, google sheets, accounting packages like Tally, Quickbooks, ZOHO, SAP etc.
- Should have led audits and managed team size of 3-4 people.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
